This is a project to construct two adjacent smart homes. For this project, Majical Architecture is designing the layout of the space, taking into account the technological aspect of home automation as well as the use of ecological and sustainable materials.

These smart houses are highly energy-efficient, allowing for a high standard of living while respecting the natural ecosystem during and after their construction, in order to reduce energy consumption.
